I support the network and computers for the company I work for. We are a small company and have about 16 machines. I have a user who always causes the funniest support calls. The following has now happened TWICE….

I get a phone call saying the emails in outlook won’t open, the computer is running through the email list constantly and he/she cannot do anything with the machine. Look through my window to the machine and I notice a big notebook plonked on the spacebar…… Guess what was happening? And I got the exactly same call from the same user again today :)
