I purchased an Ipod Mini 4th Generation from Virgin. I have been experiencing some battery issues that has caused me to send the offending item back to Apple. It seems that if I play long tracks (I listen to 2 hour PodCasts), the battery life drops from 8 hours to 2 hours. This bugs me no end. It makes me recharge my iPod twice a day. Once when I get to work and then once when I get home. Its insane.

If anyone else reads this post, please try to play long tracks on your iPod to see if you can recreate the problem. If it is, then please let me know so that I can let Apple know
