I received the modem on Friday. Connected it and set everything up. Called into the helpdesk to be told that my support ticket has been CLOSED! So they have no idea what I’m talking about and an engineer will call sometime this week to sort it out. Guarenteed that I’ll have to tell him the whole story again as he won’t have any idea of the problem.
