Reading the BBC this afternoon, I noticed the FIA released more information on the reasoning behind their verdict.  Seems that Alonso and de la Rosa both knew about the Ferrari information and were discussing it.

This stinks to high heaven in my mind.  How on earth the two drivers can accept such information and continue as if nothing has changed is disgusting.  What is even worse is that the FIA knew this during the hearing and did not punish them because they were worried about viewership and potentially losing money.

As someone smarter than me said "As usual money wins over principles".
